1 Definitions & Introduction

In this document, "333da", "we", "us", or "platform" refers to the 333da online gaming and betting service, operated through the website https://333da.lat. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any individual registered on the platform.

3 Account Registration & Management

To open an account on 333da, users must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account cancellation.

3.1 Registration Requirements

• Each user may create only one account. Attempts to create multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended.
• The name, date of birth, and contact information provided at registration must be accurate.
• It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their login credentials (email and password) confidential.
• If account security is compromised or unauthorized access is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing a withdrawal or for transactions above a certain amount, 333da may request one of the following documents for identity verification:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address (recent utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used

Withdrawal requests may not be processed until the KYC process is completed.

3.3 Updating Account Information

Any changes to a user's information must be reported to the 333da support team immediately. The platform will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳3,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳12,000 and receive a ৳10,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳22,000.
• The bonus amount will never exceed ৳10,000 under any circumstances.

5.2 Wagering Rules

• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 15 times (15x)
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = place ৳30,000 in bets for winnings from the bonus to become withdrawable.
• If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus may be forfeited.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period — expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.
• If a bonus is misused or claimed through fraudulent means, the account may be cancelled.
• Multiple members of the same household may not claim the same bonus offer.
• 333da reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Casino Games

6.4 Fair Play & RNG

7 Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any of the following activities is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all balances:

• Money Laundering: Using the platform to legitimize funds from illegal sources.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account for the purpose of collecting bonuses or other benefits.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by the Platform

333da may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification
• Age or eligibility requirements are found to have been violated
• A chargeback or payment dispute is raised

8.2 Closure by the User

Any user may request voluntary closure of their account by contacting the support team. Before closing an account:

• Any withdrawable balance should be withdrawn after fulfilling all applicable wagering requirements.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn if the conditions have not been met.
• Self-exclusion requests related to responsible gaming can also be made through the support team.

9 Limitation of Liability
